Delete your account in the app

You can delete your Valyd account at any time from inside the app:

  1. Open the Valyd (Vibe Check) app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm when prompted

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we delete the account data associated with your Valyd profile that is stored in our database, which may include:

What may be kept

Some information may remain in limited form where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. If you made a purchase, purchase records are managed by Google Play and may remain in your Google Play order history.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in to delete your account from the app, email us from the phone number you used for Valyd and request deletion:

Support: labsvibrance@gmail.com

Include your phone number in international format (example: +1XXXXXXXXXX) and mention "Delete my Valyd account".
